Fair Gaming Policy

The Teen Patti Dream app is just meant to be used for entertainment. No “real money gaming” or opportunities to win real money or other prizes are provided by Teen Patti Dream. The Teen Patti Dream Terms of Service must be read and interpreted in combination with this Fair Gaming Policy. This Fair Gaming Policy shall take precedence over the Terms of Service in the case of a conflict.

Teen Patti Dream is dedicated to giving every participant a secure, fair playing environment. Users who engage in any of the following behaviors may face consequences, in Teen Patti Dream’s sole discretion:

1. Using third-party software, scripts, or bots, to access or play in the Teen Patti Dream app in any way;
2. Using simulation software while playing in the Teen Patti Dream app to gain an unfair advantage against other players;
3. Purchasing Gold Coins from unknown resources;
4. Exchanging Gold Coins to others for value without Teen Patti Dream’s explicit consent;
5. Using hateful, obscene, offensive, profane, racist, sexual, defamatory, or violent language and/or pictures in the Teen Patti Dream app, including your profile picture;
6. Utilizing more than one (1) account to play in the Teen Patti Dream app to farm Gold Coins and/or to exploit the inter-account transfer privilege; or
7. Cheating, including but not limited to collusion, chip dumping.

Teen Patti Dream will take in account all relevant information and the exact circumstances of the specific violation, and penalties may include one or more of the followings (including but not limited to):

1. Official warnings;
2. Temporary or permanent closure of user account(s);
3. Seizure of some or all the Gold Coins in user account(s).
